EDIT: Okay, Transformers is assigned! Anyone for Order of the Phoenix? I can also do that on Friday the 20th as well, come to think of it... and might actually prefer to, so I'm not sitting the entire movie going "...that poor bastard will never see it coming!"

Well, so long as the screening I see is done before midnight, of course...

Hey jameel and pyrtolin, either of you know anyone who'd be interested in joining a gaming group? I may just post something to DPB as soon as I know my December schedule, too, to see if anyone interested shows from that.

Anyone local have a desire to see Goblet of Fire this week? Evenings, depending on the day; I'll work with scheduling as much as I can. I really want to see the movie but I HATE going to movies alone!

A question for you computer geeks out there:

When my computer tells me "This machine was not properly shut down and is now running at safe speed, please DEL to BIOS setup to set correct CPU speed"... What am I supposed to do?

(Aside from the obvious, of course, since I have no idea what the hell that MEANS.)

Whoa. Woke up this morning in, as cathouse_blues would say, Not a Happy Place. Half of it is probably because sleep and I were long-distance lovers last night, seeing each other but sporadically, The other half is likely the conversation material before I retired.


Wednesday, however, is my day off. Quick, everyone, what should I do with it?

Does anyone in Pittsburgh ever feel the particular urge to play CCGs any more? Yeah, I know that's so last century, but I still get the urge every now on then.

I just have a general urge to be social, for some reason, but my schedule is never stable enough to schedule something perpetual and recurring like a role-playing game.

Heck, let me expand my query... anyone in this city feel like being social?

I'm alive and back from vacation.

I am in the sort of mood where I wish to stalk around in a cape, blasting things with a shotgun and laughing.

Off for another 12 hours of work. That's 16 Sunday, 10 Monday, 14 yesterday -- 40 out of t 72 total. When you factor in eating, sleeping, and in-transit time, I barely exist at all!

On the good news, looks like tigerphoenix will be here on Friday and Saturday. Local gang! We need to get together if at all possible. This may be our last chance to hang out together as a group. (It breaks my heart to say that, and I know it isn't true. Let me add "forseeable" to the chance part,)

Blah.
