In the original dialogue, Goku always says his attacks in perfect Japanese, while Vegeta has "Fainu Flash" and "Big Bangu attack!" Akira Toriyama wanted to represent how Goku was a classier act than Vegeta, more finesse and style.

I was down at Suncoast today, looking for DBZ stuff. Now, it's rare these days that releases of things surprise me, so when it does it's even more startling!

The Trunks Special is out! And they're coming out with the Bardock Special too, later. This rules!

Anyone up for a rousing DBZ: The Role Playing Game campaign? :D

Now this may leave some of you wondering -- what's up with Nappa? He's bald! The answer is that, like Krillin, Nappa shaves his head so that an opponent can't grab his hair in combat. He actually DID have hair once!... but we only see it in the Bardock Special... ;)

And now, to train for a year in the span of one day, so I can become an Ultimate Super Saiyan!

'Course, USSJ is just a crappy version of SSJ2... :D

The Cell Saga started today.

Cartoon Network has *all* the DBZ episodes. Not all of them are coming out this year, but they have 'em all.

And FUNimation is negotiating for the release of the movies.

Not surprising? Let me add in the word I left out the first time.

I seem to have become a sort of Anime expert these days, and I don't know why! It's not like I know anything... I mean, I watch Slayers *dubbed*! That automatically makes me a total Anime idiot.

I hate Akira! Hate hate hate Akira. Like Roujin Z though!

A LIVE-ACTION Dragon Ball.

Okay.... I spend too much.

But at least this time it was justified. I raked in a huge bonus from work (since the office lost my timecard, my boss just made up a ton of hours for me). $1400 for the past few weeks. One of which I took off. Not bad, I say.

I started off to the mall, but it began horribly. I couldn't get my playstation to work, then the bus was some 20 minutes late. It was cold and windy... not that I mind. But my CD player was not working properly. It tends to forget it's playing stuff and shut itself off for absolutely no reason... frequently.

The bus finally arrived and it was standing room only (for a 45 minute journey). AAARGH!

But I got to the mall. My first stop was Suncoast. DBZ ANDROID SAGA! UNCUT! ::poing poing poing::

#18 is SOOOOO COOOL!

Then to the bookstore, to pick up a present for a friend of mine... then, the real reason I went... Best Buy.

A new printer -- an new stlye of HP DeskJet with awesome capabilities. A new CD player -- finally! Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption. I hope it works right.

Ah, I feel better today.

The new episodes of Dragon Ball Z are airing on Cartoon Network! Android Saga, and hopefully Cell Saga as well! Sweet, sweet, sweet. And Trunks's new voice isn't bad. Anime life is looking up. But I really can't wait for the next Slayers: Try tape to come out. What a cliffhanger that last episode was...

And Filia is soooooo cute! Kawaiiii!

Today I'll have clean laundry once again. It's been three weeks since I last had the chance to do laundry. See, the campus machines run on "tokens" - little pieces of plastic that the machines melt. I have no idea why they do this instead of quarters.
Regardless, they ran out of tokens. There was a campuswide shortage, as every returning student scrambled to stock up. I was left short. But now I have some, which is good. I'm out of shirts to wear, my socks are walking on their own... my towels don't even bend any more.

College life is rough, but I'm happy.
