Last night I had a dream which I remember very few details of except a pervasive and insecapable knowledge of having lost my keys. This went through the entire span of the dream, significant and unsettling enough that when I woke up I had to triple-check my pants just to make sure they were there.

Later, on my way to a doctor's appointment, I remembered the dream and slapped my pants to check if they were in my pocket. They were not! Shock and horror engulfed me for the brief moment that it took me to realize that they were in the ignition.

I am so uncool.

...What the fuck was I thinking?! I'm never going to finish all this!

I inadvertantly turned my alarm off trying to set it last night, but fortunately woke up on time anyway (well, ten minutes late, but that covers one snooze alarm anyway). I'm still sick but not fuzzy-minded, so the worst is over, and I slept reasonably well last night. Of course, actually getting myself to move is another story. Damn LJ, you stole my soul!

Off to a bad start today; I already lost 36 minutes in bed, even though I swear I wasn't sleeping! I'm sure I wasn't!

Now to do a large-scale cleaning blitz of the house. Ugh.
