Dude, that was so NOT cool. When I first saw your post, I was like "Oh shit!" and I felt bad for you, knowing your past employment troubles. Then I read the comments and wanted to bitchslap you into next week.

There are some things that you just do not prank about, EVER. Someone I know on LJ did that with her pregnancy two years ago, claiming she was pregnant with twins and was having problems with it. Then she posted a basically "just kidding!" non apologetic post after that one.
