There are two other people in the building -- one above me, and one below me. I don't forsee many problems from them.

Yay! What's it like?

It's very nice! There are three rooms -- kitchen, living room, bedroom. All three are really big, and the living room and bedroom are carpeted! There's a ceiling fan in the living room, and plenty of electrical outlets and and phone jacks all around. Radiator heat, gas oven, fridge.

$600/month, utilities included.

It's in a really nice neighborhood, too. Greenfield. Southwest of downtown proper. Hilly, very quiet. If I had a digital camera I'd post pictures...
