We didn't have a game yesterday, thanks to internet issues. The day wasn't a total loss, as we watched a movie and snicked as one player attempted to make a wizard only to later give up in disgust, but it certainly wasn't as good as a full game night. And yet somehow not only did we still manage to get out the door to head home late, but massive construction jammed the road home and delayed our arrival till about one in the morning.

Exhausted, incredibly tired me goes to bed. Can you guess what happened next? If you guessed "he completely fails to get two consecutive minutes of sleep the entire night for literally no reason", give yourself a prize!

Meanwhile my stress is off the charts, owing primarily due to money concerns, exhaustion, and excessive demands placed upon me (hey, all stemming back to an unjust conviction, imagine that). As a consequence my gears have quite noticeably (I'd go so far as to say even perceptibly, as I swear I can literally feel my brain not thinking quite right). I've spent a substantial amount of time today actively restraining myself from belting out specific lines from Korn's cover of Kidnap the Sandy Claws. (Wait I've got a better plan to catch this great big lobster man!)

Anyway, as a metanote (ha ha), don't expect cheerful postings from me for a while. Unless they are insane.
