Attention health-minded people!
I'm wondering if anyone out there can point me in the direction of a decent stretching routine. If that makes any sense.

Downward-Facing Dog, gracefully into Upward-Facing Dog - each for at least 30 seconds. Then repeat. Then drink a milkshake.
