I'm SCREWED!
Seems my book expenses for this semester are running $800 or so.
This is counting used books, only required books. Stupid literature classes. I never saw three classes take up an entire wall of the bookstore before.
I have no recourse except to ask my mother for money. This is about the worst possible thing that could happen to me, as my mother is a total bitch about money. She already complains constantly about how much she pays to send me here. Asking for more money is just a total affront -- after all, the more she spends on my college education, the less there is for her to have facelifts and buy antiques with.
I'm asking her rather than committing suicide, which I'm sure many of you might appreciate, but I really would prefer the latter... ::sigh::
