While the Garou game went reasonably well, I made this mistake of consuming strawberry ice cream immediately before it. Ever since then I've been warring against a terrible case of food poisoning. I can't keep anything down -- even water, although I'm working on it -- and I've been throwing up like mad.

Unfortunately this means I had to call off everything I was going to do today -- except work. I still had to lurch to work at 7 in the morning to take care of things, and although I only had to stay two hours, it was a miserable two hours.

I'm starting to feel better, I think, but on the other hand that's what I thought this morning, and I was seriously wrong then. I need to get my stomach to accept that not everything going into it is attempting to kill it.
