There's a really annoying hum in my room. It's coming from the corner. It keeps me up at night, or at least it did last night.

I suspect it's something my neighbios are responsible for, but I can't be sure. I'll have to ask if there's some machine or appliance they're running that could be the cause of it. At least in this case I can be relatively sure that it's not malicious ignorance on their part... I doubt they would realize if it was something. But on the other hand, I don't know what kind of machine would make that noise in the first place. A fan maybe? I'm not sure...
