Okay, now I'm addicted to Devil May Cry.

I'm normally not a fan of action video games, especially action-horror-gun-wielding style games which are prolific, but this one has me hooked.

Plus the First: So far, I've gotten the shotgun, the thunder sword, the flame gauntlets, and the grenade launcher. Of course, the hero *starts* with twin handguns.

Plus the Second: The twin handguns kick ass. Seriously. The rate of fire, the fact that if you knock an enemy into the air you can basically blow him apart by using the bullets to keep him in the air... so many things. This is everything two-gun combat should be.

Plus the Third: I can't think of a single move in the game that isn't cool. Even the basic attacks are awesome. When you activate the Devil Trigger (and become a devil) you can do stuff like throw lightning bolts, or fireballs... whee!

I need a break from it, though. My hands are wrecked.

Also picked up the Shrek DVD. Good movie. The DVD also has scenes of computer errors -- fuzzy donkeys, faceless Shrek, wild hair -- it's freakin' hilarious.

Lots of Dragon Ball and DBZ to watch, too. Plus more Terry Goodkind novels to read. What to do, what to do...
