Depends. I find that I go through phases. Sometimes I have a lot to talk about and feel like posting a lot. Other times I might post twice in the whole month either because I am to busy outside of internet, or just not up for telling my life story to the public as it were.

Generally though, I try to post at least once a week. It keeps me writing and makes sure that I don't forget LJ is here for when I need it.
